Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to the needs of students at different proficiency levels.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage students and facilitate learning.
- Regularly assess and document student progress through tests, quizzes, and assignments.
- Incorporate aspects of Chinese culture into lessons to provide a well-rounded understanding of the language.
- Maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment conducive to learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Chinese Language, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Hold certification of mandarin skills min. HSK/HSKK 5.
- Ha Experience teaching Mandarin to non-native speakers is highly desirable.
- Teaching certification or credential in language education is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online teaching platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for teaching and language education.
