Responsibilities
  1. Willing to working in shift
  2. Receive incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails on the call center line.
  3. Listen to and record customer complaints and inquiries.
  4. Provide the information needed by customers and promote products or services to customers.
  5. Carry out marketing activities or telemarketing via telephone.
  6. Conduct surveys for company needs (CSI, SSI, Product).
Requirements
  1. 1-2 years of working experience as a call center agent.
  2. Good knowledge and experience in call center operations within the automotive industry.
  3. Good communication skills in English & Indonesian and a strong understanding of handling complaints.
  4. Technical knowledge is a plus.
  5. Open to male candidates only.
