The Content Production Specialist is responsible for creating engaging and visually compelling multimedia content that aligns with Boss Hire's vision and marketing goals. This role requires expertise in video shooting, video editing, graphic design, motion graphics, photoshoots, content creation, and creative ideation. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical skills and creative flair, ensuring all content produced meets the highest quality standards.

1. Video Shooting, Editing, & Motion Graphics:

• Plan, set up, and execute video shoots including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
• Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos.
• Incorporate motion graphics, special effects, music, and sound effects to enhance videos.
• Ensure final videos are optimized for various platforms (social media, Youtube, website, etc.).

2. Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing graphics for various media including websites, social media, print, and more.

3. Photoshoot:

• Plan and conduct photoshoots, including setting up lighting and backgrounds.
• Capture high-quality images for use in marketing materials and online platforms.
• Edit photos to ensure they meet brand standards and project requirements.

4. Content Creation:

• Develop content ideas that resonate with our target audience.
• Produce various forms of content, including articles, blog posts, social media posts, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with campaign strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Film Production, Multimedia, or related field.
• English Proficiency is a must.
• Proven experience in video production, graphic design, and content creation.
• Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Skilled in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Strong photography skills with experience in conducting photoshoots.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate original ideas.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• A portfolio showcasing previous work in video production, graphic design, and content creation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, to meet project deadlines.
