Responsibilities
- Learn and understand all aspects of the production process, including but not limited to manufacturing, quality control, inventory management, and scheduling.
- Assist production managers and supervisors in day-to-day operations, including monitoring production activities, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to develop technical skills and knowledge related to production equipment, systems, and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, logistics, and maintenance, to coordinate production activities and resolve operational issues.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ambition to learn, develop and get promoted in manufacturing industry.
- Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
