Responsibilities
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's support functions, including but not limited to human resources, finance, marketing, IT, and administrative services.
- Assist departmental managers and supervisors in day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks, data analysis, and project management.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to develop skills and knowledge related to specific support functions, such as payroll processing, recruitment, financial analysis, marketing strategies, or IT systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various organizational initiatives, projects, and campaigns.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the specific support function.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ambition to learn, develop and get promoted in manufacturing industry.
- Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
