Responsibilities
- Under the leadership of the administrative supervisor, responsible for organizing the formulation of administrative logistics and security work goals and plans, and organizing their implementation, inspecting and supervising the implementation process;
- Responsible for regularly organizing inspections and evaluations of the company's administrative and logistical affairs management work;
- Responsible for cafeteria management, ensuring the normal supply of meals and dining safety;
- Establish a canteen supplies ledger and be responsible for supervising the maintenance and repair of canteen equipment;
- Responsible for assisting the management department manager in organizing and implementing the company's banquet work;
- Supervise dormitory administrators to do a good job in dormitory management, establish a ledger of dormitory supplies, and be responsible for the maintenance of dormitory items;
- Supervise dormitory administrators to arrange and manage guest accommodation effectively;
- Responsible for meter reading and calculation of dormitory water and electricity expenses, and submitting summary reports to personnel for deduction;
- Responsible for security management work, supervising security personnel to do a good job in company security work;
- Responsible for organizing training and drills on the company's fire safety, and regularly organizing inspections;
- Responsible for supervising the cleaning of office buildings, factory areas, canteens, and dormitories, as well as purchasing and managing cleaning supplies;
- Other work tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- More than 2 years of same position
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a sense of responsibility.
- Sensitive to changes in people and organizations, with strong coordination, and promotion abilities;
- High level of professionalism, able to accept high-intensity work, with a positive and optimistic work attitude
- Able Speak good Mandarin
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Willing be place in Cikarang / CIleungsi
