Responsibilities
- Explore and experience rotation in various departments and divisions within the company.
- Coordinate with supervisors (SPV) and managers, carrying out assigned tasks.
- Perform other duties delegated by superiors.
- Learn and develop analytical skills to evaluate data, identify improvement opportunities, and present reports periodically.
- Participate in an intensive training program to gain a comprehensive understanding of company operations.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1)
- Good proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
- Strong logical thinking skills.
- Good learning ability.
- Proactive and initiative.
- Positive attitude, able to handle pressure well.
- Willing to travel for business trips and work overtime if needed.
- Open to rotation across various departments and divisions within the company.
- Willing to be stationed in Pluit, North Jakarta.
