Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Management of Transportation Vendor, Warehouse, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Agents, and other Suppliers.
- Responsible for monitoring and conducting operation assessment for each supplier.
- Responsible for sorting out the resources of various supplier to find the best price.
- Conducting price analysis of vendor in each project.
- Update master data and master vendor list.
- Submit vendor prices for the marketing team to bid on projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Able to speak English and/or Mandarin language.
