Responsibilities
- Maintain lease agreements and renewals third party 维护租赁协议并续订第三方
- Perform maintenance on office facilities and infrastructure in a fast and accurate way 快速、准确地对办公设施和基础设施进行维护
- Collaborate with Building Management handling broken facilities, mechanical, and electrical problems 与建筑管理部门合作处理损坏的设施、机械和电气问题
- Help to maintenance Company Facilities such as AC, Room Facilities, Security & Cleaning Facilities, Transportation Facilities 帮助维护公司设施，如空调、房间设施、安全和清洁设施、交通设施
- Production Support Equipment (Uniforms, APD and Cleaning Equipment) 生产辅助设备（制服、APD、清洁设备）
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Chinese 良好的中文沟通能力
- Female/Male up to 30 years old 女/男30岁以下
- Minimum S1 education in all majors 所有专业最低S1学历
- Proficient in using Ms. Office 熟练使用Ms.Office
- Meticulous, disciplined, honest and able to comply with procedures 严谨、纪律严明、诚实守信、能遵守程序
- Have high initiative in working 工作主动性强
