Responsibilities
- Responsible to monitor and conduct operation of freight forwarding projects
- Track shipment status to ensure the projects went according to plan
- Communicate with customers to keep them updated during the projects
- Coordinate with internal team to do problem solving
- Create report and provide data regarding the ongoing projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to speak and write in English and/or Mandarin language
- Comprehensive and clear communication skill
- Good analytical thinking and has keen eyes to work with data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
