Responsibilities
- Responsible for the formulation of sales systems, plans and strategies within the jurisdiction/channel
- Communicate, train, guide and develop dealers in the region, provide timely feedback on relevant information, and handle customer complaints and feedback
- Decompose and implement regional sales plans, market development and promotion plans to increase the company's market share and brand awareness in the region
- Supervise and inspect the evaluation and assessment of regional customer performance, coordinate distribution channels, and establish and improve regional sales networks
Requirements
- Mandarin & English (Speaking, Writing & Typing) is a must
- Candidate must passes at least Bachelor in any field
- Have experience in related field and worked in FMCG Industry company will be a plus
- Good Communication, good relationship, good corporate attitude
- Can work individually and team
- Willing to go for a business trip
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with SAP
