Responsibilities
- Join and follow training that company provide.
- Support managers with a variety of tasks, such as goal setting and policy creation.
- Understand the company's work processes as they operate every day.
- Make a presentation.
- Assist managers in making performance evaluations, such as writing reports or analyzing data.
- Assist with administration.
- Participate in company strategic planning.
- Willing to go to another office or branch and participate directly in the training process.
- Take the test and evaluation at the end of the training session.
- Conduct research related to how to increase company profitability and reduce risk.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from any major (preferably majoring in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business, Engineering and Information Systems).
- Maximum 2 years work experience, open to new graduates.
- Have a strong interest in Marketing / Finance / Human Resources areas.
- Have experience in organizational activities.
- Willing to be assigned to all areas of Indonesia.
- Have analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Have the will to achieve the best and the ability to work in a team.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
