Responsibilities
- Provide commercial legal support to all departmental projects and job functions
- Make sure compliance with legal and statutory requirements of the company
- Handle agreements and other legal documents database and organize executed versions of contracts
- Analyze legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence
- Handle dispute resolution involving unions, management, employees or government agencies, etc.
- Handle all licensing activities and ensure appropriate implementation toward all regulations and legislations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Good proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Good legal knowledge of associated legislation, regulations guidelines, corporate law, analytical skills.
- Good at Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
