We are seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to various departments

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to communicate in English (Mandarin is advantage point)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer servicerole is preferred
• Willing to placement in Cikarang Barat

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
