Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily operation and management of the company's Live Streaming Department, including but not limited to overseeing the overall live stream strategy, devising live operation promotion plans and execution, and continuously optimizing the strategy of the live stream based on various data.
- Manage the live streaming team, including recruiting and communicating with live streamers / hosts and supporting their growth, including but not limited to optimizing host’s scripts and schedule.
- Based on the company's strategic goals, plan related management systems, strategy, and performance evaluations for the live broadcast operation team, and establish a standardized and systematic live stream process.
- Grasp the overall operation of the host from multiple aspects including products, content, and users, and be able to lead the team to accomplish the company's strategic goals and revenue targets.
- Communicate with content planners to establish sales goals for live broadcasts and corresponding operational plans.
- Effectively coordinate and communicate with live broadcast platforms, and assist in the design and construction of live broadcast rooms.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
- Fluent in English communication is a must.
- Engaged in live broadcast operations for FMCG and beauty products on TikTok with over 2 years of experience is preferred
- Familiar with live stream sales operations, have a certain understanding of the e-commerce live streaming ecosystem, able to independently plan and organise live stream department, and have strong execution skills.
- Understand the operation strategies and methods of the live broadcast and short video industry, have your own insights and judgments on the industry.
- Strong writing skills, copywriting, campaign planning abilities, and live stream script planning and writing abilities are preferred.
