Responsibilities

1. Develop new clients and maintain key client relationships; create client development plans, conduct business negotiations, and facilitate contract signing;

2. Continuously explore clients' potential value, maintaining good client relations and long-term strategic cooperation to maximize the value of the partnership between clients and the company;

3. Based on the company's sales goals and plans, participate in the formulation and execution of marketing strategies, conduct business negotiations with clients, product pricing, cost optimization analysis, sign sales contracts, and address customer complaints and other needs;

4. Identify customer needs and provide product and marketing solutions to clients;

5. Plan, execute, and supervise promotional activities in retail stores;

6. Track product placement, pricing, and display at the terminal;

7. Collect and provide feedback on competitors' sales information;

8. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

1. College degree or above, with preference given to those with a major in marketing or other management-related fields;

2. 1-3 years of sales/key account management experience, with a preference for those with channel management and retail experience in the pet industry or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry;

3. Passionate about sales work, responsible, able to withstand work pressure, and possess good team cooperation spirit;

4. Fluent in English communication, with proficiency in Chinese being preferred.
