Responsibilities
1.定期更新学员的学习情况，对学生的学习进度、学习态度进行监督和管理，并协调解决问题。
2.根据课程的需求和进度，调整和安排课程和学习活动，确保教学效果。
3.跟踪和评估学生的学习效果，根据需要提出改进建议或调整学习计划。
4.帮助学生解决学习中的问题，提高学习效率和动力。
5.每日管理教务系统，监督教师考勤、作业布置及课后点评等，确保高质量的教学活动。
6.参与教学研究和活动组织，丰富学生的学习体验。
Requirements
1.学士学位以上学历，教育、心理学或相关领域优先。
2.优秀的组织能力、沟通技巧和解决问题的能力。
3.熟练操作教务管理软件和办公软件。
4.能够在快节奏的环境中独立工作，同时具备团队合作精神。
5.有教学相关工作经验和成人教育/培训经验者优先；有简单中文听说读的能力，HSK3级以上优先。
