Responsibilities
- Support for hardware, software, and data communication network services.
- Adhering to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) correctly.
- Logging activity logs for network support services.
- Managing and overseeing information systems, including hardware and software networks, as well as internet and fiber optic cable installations.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Minimum education of Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology.
- Proficiency in MikroTik, Cisco.
- Understanding of basic FTTH network principles.
- Preferably skilled in AI / Artificial Intelligence.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Hardworking, honest, diligent, and willing to learn new things.
- Active communication in Mandarin and possession of HSK 5 certification.
