Responsibilities
- Assist director in establishing the framework for community and continuously refine product
- Conduct user research on community business proposals, propose improvement measures based on research feedback, and report to management.
- Manage the intern team to ensure effective content acquiring, rating and laying.
- Supervise, check, and assess interns' daily work, providing data for assessment results.
- Design and develop community backend system (dashboard) product solutions, create requirement documents, and communicate implementation with the IT team.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the department director.
Requirements
- Ability to use Chinese as a working language
- Experience in community-related products, specifically in stock community products is prefered
- Experience in stock investment
- Experience in using backend systems
- Experience in managing small teams
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive work attitude
