Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Greeting and assisting customers.
- Addressing inquiries and concerns.
Service Coordination:
- Scheduling appointments.
- Coordinating with service technicians.
Communication:
- Acting as a liaison between customers and technicians.
- Explaining processes, costs, and timelines.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintaining service records.
- Processing orders and invoices.
Sales Support:
- Promoting additional services and parts.
- Assisting in achieving sales targets.
Team Collaboration:
- Working with other departments.
- Contributing to service improvement.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensuring service quality standards.
- Conducting follow-up for customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Miimum D3/ S1 Preferred
- Customer service experience; automotive industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer systems; attention to detail.
