Responsibilities
1. Assist Managers in the planning, deployment, and maintenance of telecommunications networks.
2. Support the team in ensuring service quality and reliability for our customer base.
3. Conduct research and analysis to support network optimization and service improvement initiatives.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
5. Prepare reports and documentation related to network performance and service metrics.
Requirements
1. Undergraduate students from reputable universities (final year students is preferred).
2. Proficient in English.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Basic understanding of telecommunications networks and principles.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
